- All designs, plans, templates, and related content are the intellectual property of The Build Plan Shop (or its licensors). Purchasing a plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your personal use only.
- You may not resell, distribute, share, copy, or modify for redistribution without our express written permission.
5. Digital Downloads, Refunds & Cancellations
- Because our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.” Once you have accessed the file, refunds or cancellations are generally not possible, except in cases of technical issues.
- If you experience any technical problem (file corrupted, not downloadable, etc.), contact us and we’ll try to remedy the situation.
6. Accuracy of Representation
